As I say in the video, this is a bit embarrassing. Or is it cool? I can't really tell to be honest - it's almost so naff it's brilliant. I'm not quite sure what to do with those on board sounds - apart from the 'pretend to be a guitar' preset they're all pretty bog-standard. Not sure if I'd want to be standing up playing a saxophone part on the thing.
Saying that it's light, and if you had some other synths and midi'd them up and made your own patches, with all the onboard controllers on the AX Synth you could probably make some pretty crazy sounds - The Edge made a living just from mucking about with his pedals, why not do something similar with one of these?
Oh, OK. You first.
