On our first EP 'Hello Stranger' (which we will send you for free when you sign up to our mailing list) you can find our song 'Would Love To Meet You'. When the EP was released we decided to have a bit of fun with it and record and edit a video using just the two of us, the story being Stephanie going to a speed dating event and continuously getting only different versions of Julian as the date.

It took us about two weeks to shoot it, which we did entirely in Stephanie's front room, apart from some of the later stuff which we shot above our friend's clothing shop when we realised that having twenty 'looks' for Julian wasn't enough to fill the entire video. This is why during the later part of the video Julian's characters get scarier and scarier - we simply ran out of props and had to use what we could find in the shop, which does mainly workwear and industrial clothing.



The video took about a month to edit on and off as the nature of the video meant there were many hundreds of edits. At many points during the edits we wished we'd never bothered! But it turned out pretty good in the end.

We also created two 'Dating Guides' to run alongside the video (which you can download on the left), both promoting the 'Would Love To Meet You' website (which is no more). As you can imagine, the information isn't particularly helpful, but 'The Amora Flora' dating guide for women, and the 'Chichi Gigoli' dating guide for men were both downloaded many times and quite a few of these guides were forwarded on to people who could use some help in the dating department.
